State Representative Mike Murphy, candidate for Indiana's 5th U.S. Congressional District, has released the comprehensive "Murphy Plan", a series of substantive policy proposals. The plan is based on Murphy’s 15 years of solving problems for Hoosiers and on the expertise of some of our state’s most talented thinkers, including former Lt. Governor John Mutz.
The nearly 70-page plan is the strongest statement by any Indiana congressional candidate to frame critical steps to put Hoosiers back to work through a series of initiatives in critical sectors of our national economy. The “Murphy Plan” includes sections on Agriculture, Defense, Education, Energy, Health Care, and Jobs.
